M.Phil (Clinical Psychology)

Mrs. Anjali P H is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with RCI. She earned her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center in Kochi, and her Master’s in Applied Psychology from PSG College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology at UC College, Aluva. Before joining our team, she worked as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at the Center for Harmonious Living in Kumbidi, Palakkad, and INHS Sanjivani at Naval Base, Kochi.

Her thesis focused on emotional awareness, regulation, and cognitive functioning in adolescents and young adults with psychogenic epileptic seizures. She specializes in psychodiagnostic assessments, IQ testing, learning disability evaluations, and neuropsychological assessments. She has significant experience with individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, personality disorders, and other emotional challenges, as well as marital and family issues.

Her expertise includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Process-based Psychotherapy, along with skills in behavior management and cognitive retraining.
