Ms. Vasudha V C is a licensed clinical psychologist who completed her MPhil in Clinical Psychology at Government Medical College and Hospital in Chandigarh. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from St. Agnes Centre for Post Graduate Studies and Research in Mangalore, which is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, and holds a BSc in Psychology from Prajyoti Niketan College, Pudukkad (Calicut University).

During her academic career, her research focused on “Modifiable Risk Factors in Dementia” and the “Impact of a Brief Psychoeducational Stress Management Program on Perceived Stress and Adjustment Among Secondary School Students.” The latter study involved creating a practical psychoeducational program aimed at helping secondary school students manage perceived stress effectively.

Ms. Vasudha has a strong background in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including IQ tests, psychodiagnostic evaluations, and neuropsychological assessments. She provides expert individual psychotherapy to address various psychological issues, such as depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, emotional difficulties, and relationship problems.

As a trauma-informed psychotherapist, she approaches her work with empathy and compassion, effectively supporting children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of expertise include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Management, Schema-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
